Really appreciate those of you who said my brownies were nice. Thanks for the encouragement. Shall try to persist and not give up so early. Mebbe I should get a wire whisk and try out the recipe again? Anyway my shifu said why didn't I pass him some? How do I do that when I was so embarassed at the end result?

The good news is at least I can make pineapple tarts. Will be making some this coming weekend. Well, for one they are something that I've already mastered. =)

In this midst of all this hoo-ha about brownies, Miss Tan is suffering from a blocked nose and dry throat. Yet she manages to teach her classes and go shopping after work. Recent conquests include a pair of retro green earrings which matches her vintage polka dot dress and a simple T with puffed sleeves. The shopaholic escapade continues...
